ST. THOMAS, ST. JOHN, WATER ISLAND & ST. CROIX
Virgin Islands Information
St. Thomas
Only 32 square miles large, St. Thomas is the home to over half of the residents and the capital of the United States Virgin Islands, Charlotte Amalie. The island is known for beautiful beaches, mountainous terrain and a bustling business community.
St. John
Sometimes called Love City, St. John is famous for friendly residents and pristine landscapes. Approximately 60% of the island is a US National Park, limiting development and preserving its natural beauty.
Water Island
The smallest island in the USVI, Water Island has a laid-back attitude. There are no taxis, shops, gas stations or other services. A quick ferry or dinghy ride takes residents and visitors back and forth to St. Thomas for groceries, mail service and nightlife.
St. Croix
Known for its stunning beaches, rich history, agriculture and rum production, St. Croix offers a diverse range of experiences, from exploring historic sites like Christiansted and Fredericksted to enjoying water activities in its crystal-clear turquoise waters.
About St. Thomas
Downtown Charlotte Amalie is the capital of the US Virgin Islands. The bustling town supports retail shops and professional offices, along with fantastic local restaurants. Commercial real estate opportunities abound in Charlotte Amalie. Recent federal infrastructure investments in the area are beautifying the waterfront and extending roadways.

Sapphire Beach Resort has large studio or one bedroom beachfront units with a pool, onsite restaurants, a marina and units can be placed into a hotel/vacation rental program.
Mahogany Run
Mahogany Run is a gated area on the north central side of St. Thomas near Magen’s Beach that includes both condos and private residences. The central location is convenient to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook and shopping areas in Tutu. Before destruction from two back-to-back hurricanes in 2017, the property surrounded the only golf course on the island. The golf course, club house and restaurant are currently closed, and there is no re-opening date scheduled.
Mahogany Run Condominiums offer ocean or hillside view (some units have sweeping views of the British Virgin Islands). They are available as a studio or with one, two or three bedrooms, and there are two pools on the property.
Peterborg
Peterborg is a residential neighborhood with spectacular views of Magen’s Bay and the British Virgin Islands. Some of the most beautiful villas are located in Peterborg, a long peninsula with gated communities that are secluded from the hustle of commercial areas.
Botany Bay
The Preserve at Botany Bay is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on St. Thomas. It is a gated community situated on the West End of the island. Luxury villas are positioned on secluded lots that overlook two beautiful beaches surrounded by unique landscapes.
About St. John
St. John is only about 20 square miles large. But even though it lacks size, it is full of secluded beaches and breathtaking views from its mountainsides. The island has a casual atmosphere and is a favorite of hikers, boaters and nature buffs. St. John doesn’t have an airport, and is only accessible via ferry or private boat. Because 60 percent of island was donated to the National Park System by the Rockefeller family, development is limited and real estate prices are higher than in St. Thomas and St. Croix.
RESIDENTIAL AND RENTAL AREAS
